Was an angel

Do you believe in angel? I was told before that each of us has a guardian angel, sent from heaven by God to watch us. Manang Julie(our kasambahay) said that when I do bad things my angel is crying and Jesus is not happy with it so to keep my guardian angel smiling I should be good. Those were the stories about angels when I was a kid. Here's what I got from wiki about the meaning of angels - The angels are represented throughout the Christian Bible as a body of spiritual beings intermediate between God and men.

Just a few flashbacks, believe it or not when I was young I used to join other kids to play the role of "an angel" during lent season. An angel whose wings were made of white cardboard glued with white duck feathers, then an elastic strings attached to it to fit on my shoulders. I was a little angel who's wearing a make up, holding a candle and joined the prusisyon every year from kinder until I reached grade 4! Instead of typical white dress, my mom let me wear yellow because I want wear different, I even wore pink! I saved the white dress on Easter Sunday were I used to be the narrator in a role play - Jesus' ascension to heaven, there was bunch of paragraphs that I need to memorize! Did I enjoy it? Yes and No. Yes because I used to sit in the front row while attending the mass and no because I don't like long walks during prusisyon, my legs were hurting and my father would carry me until we completed the prusisyon which was embarrassing because all my friends saw that I was carried by my dad!

And now that I am older, I just had a good laugh at it.
